• Cats prefer foods at body temperature–the temperature of freshly killed prey. They also prefer their food cut into ¼ inch chunks (especially when they are sick and need to be tempted.) And did you know that 60% of all cats like cold tomato juice? I’ve tried V-8 and it doesn’t seem to be at all tempting. We use this trick to entice kidney-failure cats to drink more liquids.

Cats are either right or left handed, showing a distinct preference for one paw over the other.

A healthy domestic cat can reach speeds up to 31 miles/hour, but can’t maintain that sprinting speed for more than a minute.

A cat licks their fur to keep cool in hot weather. Like dogs, they sweat only through the pads of their feet.

The cat’s whiskers are specially adapted to act as antennae. They are used to navigate, to detect movement and to judge the width of an opening. Whiskers are also an indicator of mood–when the whiskers are back, the cat is angry, so watch out. Some people think finding a whisker is good luck. I know one woman who is a millionaire that has a cat whisker collection!

Each cat ear is controlled by 32 muscles and can turn 180 degrees. Humans have only 6 muscles, so it’s harder to make our ears wiggle. Cat ears that are facing back or folded down are really ticked off, so watch out.

A cat’s fur has 60,000 hairs per square inch on the back and 120,000 hairs per square inch on the underside–No wonder cat owner’s have to empty their vacuum bags every time! Shedding is controlled by hormones and ambient temperature as well as light–even artificial light. Nervous cats shed more–especially when they get stuffed into a carrier and hauled off to the vet’s office.

Cats are highly territorial. A domesticated cat’s territory encompasses 150 acres. Apparently their acres intermingle as we see about eight cats in our backyard every day as they make their rounds. Only one is ours–there’s lots of neat cat entertainment stuff in our yard.

Jumpability: The human equivalent of the cat’s ability to leap would be jumping the width of a swimming pool.

Sense of smell: Humans have 5 million odor-sensitive cells in their noses–cats have 200 million. Of course this means they can smell when you don’t clean the litter box every day and will “inappropriately urinate” because of this.

Sleep habits: A healthy mature cat spends about 15% of its life in deep sleep, 50% in light sleep, and 30% in awake time. I’ve noticed that part of this wake time coincides with the human’s sleep time. This annoys the cat. This could be why my cat, Dagney, wakes me up about 2 a.m. every morning by sticking her paw in my mouth. Bleck! Cats attain full alertness faster than any other creature.

Milk Drinking: Most adult cats lack the enzymes necessary to digest milk, so if you must give your cat milk, be sure to give them only a couple teaspoons at a time. Yep–too much milk definitely gives the cat gas and sometimes diarrhea. It’s good to coordinate the milk-giving ceremony with your partner so that the cat does not double-dip.

Dieting: Neutered and spayed cats require fewer calories than intact cats do. A good rule of thumb is ½-3/4 cups per cat per day for lower quality foods and 1/3 cup per cat per day for the higher quality foods such as IAM’s, Max Cat, and Nutranuggets. Putting fat cats on starvation diets can kill them because the liver fat breaks down too fast causing a condition called ketosis.

Skin Disease: I’ve noticed in my naturopathic practice that cat’s with skin disease like fish flavors. Cats with liver and kidney disease like Chicken and Giblet or foods with liver and kidney in them. Cat’s with heart disease like heart-based foods. When the condition is repaired, they stop eating that particular flavor of food.

Hearing: Human beings can hear sounds up to 20,000 Hertz (cycles per second), dogs can hear up to 40,000 Hertz, and cats can hear up to 100,000 Hertz. Cats can even hear electrical currents in cords. Pretty amazing, huh?

Psychic: In China, cats have been used successfully as earthquake predictors for years.

Cats are color blind, but only need 1/6th of the light that humans require to see.

Cat digits: Cats have five toes on their front paws and four on their back. A polydactyl cat has more than the normal number of toes. Poly means many and dactyl means fingers (your Latin lesson for the day.) Polydactyl cats are known by various names – “mitten cats,” “thumb cats,” “six-finger cats” and “Hemingway cats.” Hemingway cats were named after Ernest Hemingway who shared his home island with nearly 50 cats, including a 6-toed polydactyl given to him by a ship captain; the cats bred and the polydactyl trait became common. Hemingway’s colony of cats was free-breeding with the local cat population and the ratio of polydactyl cats to normal-toes cats was about 50/50. There is a high rate of polydactyl cats in Boston, MA and in Portland, OR. I love polydactyl cats as they seem to be very friendly and tolerant of humans of all ages.

Why spay your cat? A single pair of cats and their offspring can produce as many as 420,000 cats in just seven years.

    Cats like to hear whispering.

The cat has 26 facial expressions. The same parts of the human and feline brain correspond to emotion.

Cats show the following signs when stressed: Over-grooming, lack of grooming, self-mutilation, vocalization, aggression, listlessness, loss of appetite, depression. The product Feliway is an excellent product to alleviate stress for cats in new situations or in multi-cat environments where they don’t have enough space to make them feel comfortable.

Feliway is a synthetic feline pheromone use to control inappropriate urine marking behavior and to reassure cats in strange surroundings.

Cat Communication: Cats interpret a smile that shows teeth as aggression. This may be one reason why a cat will always go to the person who hates cats (they don’t smile at the cat or make direct eye contact!)

Please feel free to use any or all of the above tips as long as the reference box is noted.

  • I remember my mother telling me about the times when she was pregnant. She was wearing nothing more than my father’s jeans and his working shirts throughout her pregnancy. No maternity clothes for her because she was too poor to buy them at that time. Remember, in her time, which was about 30 years back, maternity clothes used to cost a bomb.

And yet, if you walk along any shopping center these days, you’ll notice at least three or four maternity clothes fashion houses catering to the specifically ‘large’ needs of a pregnant mother. And since the web and the Internet is such a magnanimous thing these days, what about online maternity stores? I’d safely say there are just about half a million legitimate maternity stores right now flailing around the Internet wires for business.

And the amazing thing is that…YES, they make money! And why, I was wondering.

Because of one simple thing….even though my mother (like your mother) and my grandmother (and your grandmother) didn’t need maternity clothes when they were pregnant, the modern generation of pregnant women really, truly DO need maternity clothes. We’re living in an era that is completely different from their time and we cannot compare our pregnancy needs with their needs. The same rules no longer apply.

If you’re pregnant right now and am sitting around here wondering if you should get yourself a whole new wardrobe of maternity clothes, you’re in luck. I have some tips about buying maternity clothes for you.

Buy good-looking maternity clothes that can last at least 3 pregnancies

Like I said, maternity clothes are not cheap these days and maternity clothes are only wearable for the nine months that you’re pregnant and maybe another month or two after that. And when you get back in shape, you’re going to have to shelve those expensive maternity clothes or put the maternity clothes in sad boxes with the edges stuck together with cellophane tape.

So, buy only maternity clothes that are classy and of exceptional quality. You wear maternity clothes only when you plan to go out. For casual outings and at home, stick to your extra large clothes or perhaps, you can buy some large sweaters, t-shirts, overalls, or raglan to wear when you’re not required to look all-that-presentable. It works!

You won’t need CASUAL maternity clothes. In my books, that’s an oxymoron.

Maternity clothes that can double up as breastfeeding clothes later on would be good too

If you intend to breastfeed your baby after the whole pregnancy is over, you would have to think about buying MORE clothes…breastfeeding/nursing clothes. Now, as with maternity clothes, nursing clothes don’t come cheap either. And do we NEED nursing clothes as much as we need maternity clothes? Yes, sometimes we do. I have quite a few fashionable looking nursing clothes that I wear whenever I go out shopping or meeting up with friends. Other times, I wear my t-shirts with holes cut out for easy access to the breast! Yeah, it’s funny, but at home, who’s going to care?

And if you can get your hands on some good maternity clothes that can double up as nursing clothes later on, GO FOR IT! You will get your money’s worth that way.

    Style of maternity clothes

Many maternity clothes designers are asleep when they’re designing maternity clothes – the selection is bad. Most of them are nothing but flower after flower, spiral after spiral, safety pins or perhaps some form of teddy bear or another. Forget about them! If you were to buy maternity clothes, invest one that makes you look good. If the maternity clothes are plain, that’s fine, it’s better than making you look like Bozo – most of them do, by the way.

The point is that you want to look CLASSY and DIGNIFIED even though you’re sort of….BIG. and wearing maternity clothes with large orange and yellow flower prints is NOT going to help you do that!

That’s just my opinion, of course, and you’re entitled to have your own opinion about maternity clothes that looks good.

    Good luck!

  • How does Basic Cooking differ from Gourmet Cooking?

    Basic Cook:

I think the majority of us are basic cooks. In my opinion, being a basic cook means that the meals are planned, time consuming and tasteful. Basic cooks have tried and tested meals that suit their individual/family’s taste. Basic cooks know what they like to eat and approximately how long it will take to prepare those meals. With our busy life-styles basic cooks want their family’s well feed with healthy well balanced meals. Every family has his/her favorite dishes and will proudly claim that the recipes for those favorites are family secrets. Generally, people will go to restaurant for a gourmet meal. A gourmet restaurant serves the highest quality food. With a sense of adventure you can learn how to cook gourmet meals at home.

    Gourmet Cooking:

Epicure is a connoisseur meaning having an acquired refined and discriminating taste in foods and wines. An old French alteration (influenced by gourmand, glutton) of gourmand. Gourmet meals involves high-quality ingredients with skilled preparation. Gourmet cooking involves only high quality and fresh ingredients. Let us compare. In basic cook if a recipe calls for garlic usually powdered garlic is used. With gourmet cooking only fresh chopped garlic is used. Consider if herbs are called for shop locally or consider growing your own. Having your own herbal garden saves money and make a world of difference in the taste of your gourmet experience. Not only do are herbs taste bud delights but they carry health benefits. In basic cooking we may defrost meat or use frozen vegetables. Not in gourmet cooking ONLY fresh. Gourmet chefs consider their meals works of art. There is a balance between colors and texture. Cooking time is important because it effects color and texture.

Let us compare a Basic Cook Salad to a Gourmet Salad:

    Basic salad would consist:

    -Iceberg lettuce 1/2 (shredded)

    -1 garden tomato

    -Shredded carrots (2)

    -Green onions (4)

    -½ chopped cucumber

    -Choice of dressing

    Gourmet Salad:

Tropical Fruit Salad with Mint – serves 8

    1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

2 (10 ounce) packages mixed greens

4 thinly sliced chicken deli meat, chopped

    1 tomato, chopped

    1/4 tsp onion powder

    3 dashes garlic powder

    1 pinch ground black pepper

    2 pinches salt

3 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing

Saute onion and bell pepper until soft; set aside to cool.

In a large salad bowl, combine the onion, pepper, salad greens, deli meat and tomato. Sprinkle with the onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and salt. Toss to mix.

Pour on enough salad dressing or vinegar to coat, toss again and serve.

    Recipe provided by: free-gourmet-recipes

I am not suggesting cooking only basic or gourmet. Consider alternating between basis and gourmet cooking. Gourmet cooking is more time consuming and expensive than basic cooking. My comfort level was basic cooking but after my initial trial and error period gourmet cooking became quick and easy. The advantages are greater taste and quality. Compare the costs of dining at a gourmet restaurant and consider the money saved learning how to cook gourmet at home. Your family and friends will take pleasure in in your new gourmet meals.

  • Ignition System Trouble Shooting.

Last time we discussed how magnetic fields cause current to flow in wires. The current flow is then harnessed to make the spark plugs work.

Now we will discuss how to trouble shoot this system.

First of all the system consists of:

    -A flywheel with a magnet

-A magneto with a main coil and a switching coil

    -An On/Off wire

-A spark plug and spark plug wire.

    That’s it.

    {In the olden days you had a switching circuit called points, but I will not bore you with that. I have several old motors that have points. (If you are really interested in points I will write an article about trouble shooting those…but not today.)}

    So what’s the problem?

The problem is that I was riding my go kart… blew the chain… made a massive clunk…engine still ran right up until I shut it off. I replaced the chain and now it won’t start.

What do I do? Cry? Uh…No…

First off all look at the system. So the engine not running must be symptomatic of

    -No Gas

    -Flooded (too much gas)

    -No compression

    -No Spark

    -Switch is off!

So yes, I checked.. there is gas. (check!)

The engine has nice resistance and compression (no thrown rods, no loose valves, everything is tight…) (check)

Yes I checked it was ON! Also I removed the off wire from the switch near the engine. Still nothing. (check)

Pulled the spark plug out and tested for spark:

    No Spark:

The possible causes for no spark are:

Faulty Spark Plug (ie short circuiting because of ash contaiminents, broken insulator, too much gas on plug)

    Or a faulty ignition mechanism

Well I cleaned the plug well. Used a different plug…

Note: But you know what I should have done first? I should have taken the plug wire and tried it against the engine. Well I tried that too: no spark.

Not looking good here… What do we do next?

This is where stuff starts coming apart.

Understand that the system involves the flywheel, so we need to access it and see if the flywheel is okay.

By “okay” I mean the following:

-Is there a magnet in it anymore?

-Did it get damaged? (very unlikely) Check with screwdriver: does it stick? (check, yes there is a magnet)

The next critical thing is to check the keyway. 8 times out of 10 the key gets sheared. This can occur from sudden stops of the engine. A sudden stop can occur from various reasons such as a broken chain grabbing hold of an activated clutch. An instantaneous shock load can be introduced into the system.

The other way an engine can be come jammed suddenly is if the rod blew inside, or the engine ran out of oil (seized up).

Next time…. What happened to the ignition system?

  • There are several tractor brands around the world, but there are a few brands that stand out because of their performance. New or used you can count on their durability to last. Here the top 5 tractor brands are given an overview.

    John Deere Tractors

In 2008 Deere and Company (known as John Deere) is listed as the leading manufacturer of agricultural machinery in the world. The longest production span of the two-cylinder John Deere tractors was the Model D. The Model D was the longest produced tractor from the years 1923- 1953.

In the 1960′s the new generation came along when John Deere switched to four and six-cylinder tractors. That model was called the 8010 and only one-hundred tractors of this brand was made. A few years later the 8020 was developed and became the standard all other farm tractors are measured by. “Nothing runs like a Deere.”

    Massey Ferguson Tractors

Another brand name in tractors is Massey Ferguson. The brand Massey Ferguson is used by AGCO (Allis- Gleaner Corporation) and remains a major seller around the globe. In the 1930′s Massey Harris produced the world’s first four-wheel drive tractors.

The first massive production of tractors for the company was the Massey Harris Ferguson TVO. In 1958 the MF135 was widely popular because of its power and reliability compared to other tractors of its time. The present models that are sought after today are the 5400, 6400, 7400, and the 8400. Currently there are more Massey tractors in the world than any other brand of tractors.

    New Holland Tractors

In the 1900′s the first New Holland “freeze proof” tractor engine was produced. After that there were five different horsepower models mass produced by the New Holland Company. It all started with the small 1-1/2 HP engine which ranged up to 16 HP. The most popular tractor model offered by the New Holland Company was the 5 HP tractor in 1911. Later Ford bought New Holland and this brand was offered by Ford.

    Case IH Tractors

Case IH (J.I. Case and International Harvester) tractors are one of the worlds largest name brands of agriculture equipment. The Farmall tractor was produced in 1926 and by 1930 they sold 100,000 tractors. Model 10-20 and 15-30 were the first important tractors in the 1915′s. A few more popular models of this brand of tractors are the Steiger 535 QT, Magnum 335, and the Case IH 3594 (the Magnum 335 being the most popular brand).

    Ford Tractors

The first lightweight tractor that was built was a Ford brand name. The Fordson Model F was finished in 1916 and because it was mass produced and lightweight it made it affordable for the average farmer to own one. This tractor had 20 HP with a four-cylinder vaporising oil engine. From 1917-1928 the Model F sold three quarters of a million units, which is more than any tractor sold then and now.

In 1941 the first three-point hitch system was introduced. It was known as the 9 N Ford tractor and the design is still used on several tractors today. A few modern tractor models are the Ford 5000, Ford 2000 Diesel and the most modern Ford tractor model known as Fiat Agri.

  • Congratulations on making a great decision and reading the article. Whether you are attending a business networking luncheon, speaking to a group of Sunday school students or attending a one on one business meeting, you are speaking in public. It is something we do everyday. Most of us have never had an ounce of public speaking training. We can either sink or swim. And when it comes to public speaking most of us sink.

I am amazed that society expects us to be great speakers without any formal training in school. All we can do is hope that we do not make a fool of ourselves. And believe me, I know from personal experience. I have been through the humiliation. I have been through the laughs. I can feel your pain or discomfort. If I can overcome my challenge, you can too.

I wish I could tell you that there was a magic pill. There isn’t. Remember, I didn’t say “Top Easy Ways.” Because there isn’t a quick fix, what I am going to share with you may seem uncomfortable at first. I promise you, you will be okay. It is like ripping off a band-aid at times. You have to take the first step. Public speaking is exactly the same thing. You have to commit yourself to taking the first step and applying the 7 Top Ways to Conquer Public Speaking Fear. If you do so, you may realize you can truly overcome your fear. So many of my clients have conquered their fear. I know you can too

Top Way #1: Realize it is Perfectly Okay to be Nervous.

    • Do you remember when you first tried to ride a bicycle, drive a car or use a computer?
    • Do you still get nervous?

You first had to learn how to do it. Then you had to make a couple of “hopefully” minor mistakes. And now you are so comfortable with it, that it almost seems easy. Public speaking is exactly the same. When you commit yourself to learning the art of public speaking and staying open to moving past your comfort zones, I promise you it will get easier.

I have a Secret to tell you. I still get butterflies in my stomach. Would you like to know why this still happens to me? I want my audience to know that I put my heart and soul into my presentation and into my message. I want to be my best for my audience. As a result, I have some nervous energy before I speak. However, I do follow these exact principles I am sharing with you. Then I channel the nervous energy in to a dynamic, powerful and fun presentation with tons of heart. If I can do it, you can too.

    Top Way #2: Burning Desire

    • Do you have a real passion for what you are talking about?
    • Do you have such a strong commitment to changing lives that you will do anything to overcome your fear?

I had to connect with my Burning Desire too. As I started to get in touch with my true passion for empowering others through public speaking, I rushed to come up with a speaking topic. I chose to talk about organizing and de-cluttering homes and offices. It was something that over time I became really good at. It was obvious that so many people needed my help.

I began speaking to groups and organizations about letting go of clutter and getting organized. I did everything I thought I should do. I tried to convince my audience that I was passionate about organizing. An audience will always know when your heart isn’t truly in your topic. It is something you can’t fake. As a result, no matter how hard I tried to put on a big smile, every organizing speaking event seemed like a chore. My audience could sense that too.

When you do not feel the passion for your topic, it makes it a thousand times harder to create and deliver a powerful presentation. In case you haven’t figured it out yet, I absolutely LOVE teaching the art of public speaking today. It is something that I am truly passionate about. Remember, you can’t fake a burning desire. You will know when you are faking it and so will your audience. As a result true public speaking success may seem to elude you. The next time you have to give a presentation, be creative and incorporate something that you love to talk about and relate it to your topic. Watch for the many blessing that will unfold as a result.

Top Way #3: If You Can See It, You Can Achieve It

    • Are you focused on a negative outcome?
    • Are you afraid that you are going to make a fool of yourself?

One of the essential keys to becoming a confident and powerful speaker is Visualization. Many new speakers sabotage themselves with negative self talk before they even get started. You need to control your negative self talk, or it will control you. When you expect the worst, the worst usually happens. The next time you are getting ready to give a presentation to a group, spend a few minutes each day seeing yourself as the huge success you know you deserve to be. All you have to do is close your eyes and see yourself making a confident and successful presentation. If you commit to doing it, you will reap great rewards.

Top Way #4: Relaxing is as Easy as One, Two, Three

    • Do you feel like you are grasping for air?
    • Are you BREATHING?

At one time or another, everyone including the most experienced speakers will feel some form of nervousness and anxiety. Most speakers have become so accustomed to breathing shallow breaths, especially when they are feeling nervous, uncomfortable or rushed. Shallow breathing will absolutely increase a speaker’s level of anxiety. As I have learned from personal experience, it can also lead to an unpleasant higher pitch in the speaker’s voice.

The opposite type of breathing, deep belly breathing, has a dramatic and instantaneous positive relaxing effect on your body, voice and your mind. The best speakers know that one of the easiest ways to relax is to learn how to breathe properly. Deep breathing is a simple and effective technique for getting our bodies and our minds to relax.

I discovered this simple solution to BREATHING EASIER. Always have a pitcher of room temperature water on hand when you are speaking. I know some of you are thinking, “Yuck. Room temperature water.” Listen to me. Drinking room temperature water not only helps wet the mouth, it also relaxes the vocal cords and muscles. Ultimately the room temperature water makes it easier for you to breath.

Top Way #5: Your Audience Truly Wants You to Succeed

    • Do you think your audience wants you to fail?
    • Or do you believe that your audience wants you to be great?

Statistics have show that public speaking is the number one fear that people have. In your audience’s eyes you are a star already because you are willing to conquer your fears when most of them can’t even step foot on a stage. You are a Winner already because you are willing to take action, learn and grow. Always remember, your audience needs you.

One of the most effective ways to reach, move and connect with your audience is to get to know who is in your audience in advance and finding out why they are choosing to listen to you speak. So many times people get so nervous wondering what their audience is thinking about them. Instead, a much more productive thought is to think about why your audience needs your information and what difference it is going to make in their lives.

Top Way #6: Time to Get Physical

    • Do you know how to use your body to decrease nerves?
    • Are you open to getting physical?

When you are preparing your presentation, think of a fun way to incorporate a physical movement or a prop to help reinforce your message. If you can incorporate this in to the first few seconds of your presentation, your nerves will significantly decrease just from doing something physical in the beginning of your presentation.

Over the years, I have learned to be very creative with props, everything from hats, Lego’s, dice and even Reese’s peanut butter cups. I have used basically anything I could find that would enhance my presentation and enhance my audiences’ ability to learn. Props are essential to a great presentation because they serve as a very important visual aid. You are giving your audience what they need because most of your audience members are probably visual. Props are a great way to keep them entertained and help you conquer your fear. Be creative. You can use props in so many imaginative ways.

    Top Way #7: Incorporate the 3 P’s

    • Have you ever tried to make up a presentation as you go a long?
    • Do you stumble and bumble over your own words?

Please learn from my Operation Oops. I have rehearsed my personal introduction; also known as the elevator speech over and over again. I know it is an attention grabbing and powerful introduction that gets results. However, one day I decided to abandon my intro at a networking meeting. I had one minute to speak and I bumbled and stumbled over my words. I felt horrible about it. I left that meeting committed to never ever doing that again. I am committed to sticking with what works. My 3 P’s Solution is really simple. Are your ready? Here it is. The 3 P’s Solution is Practice, Practice and Practice. I am surprised that so many people forget to do this. Commit to yourself today that you are going to Practice. If you take this simple principle and apply it consistently you will reap great rewards.

Bonus Top Way #8: You’ve Got to Tell’em

    • Do you want more?
    • Do you like Bonus Tips?

I know I do! When you are getting ready to prepare a presentation or create a personal introduction that sizzles, always keep in mind this simple and easy format for every presentation using the tell ‘em format

    • Tell ‘em what you’re going to tell ‘em
    • Tell ‘em
    • Tell ‘em what you told ‘em”

Get started today and commit to following the “7 Tops Ways to Conquer Your Public Speaking Fear.” You have the ability to reach your true potential and improve your ability to communicate whether it is in a group or one on one. Vital to your success is your desire to change, a vision for your life and dreams you want to turn into reality. • Every Internet Marketer makes mistakes, and those mistakes usually cost you money! It’s important that we learn from the mistakes that we make so that we do not make them again, and so that we can gain insight into where we went wrong. I have compiled a list of the 10 most common mistakes Internet Marketers make. My goal is to help you steer clear of these mistakes in the hope that I can save you some money, and time!

    =>Mistake #1 – Using the Content Network

When you start a Google PPC campaign you should always remember to turn the content network off. The reason for this is because you do not want to receive traffic from pages with Google Adsense on them as these pages are many times plagued with click fraud and non targeted traffic. If you are not an expert, you should not be using the content network. I do not use the content network because it can cost you an arm and a leg and produce absolutely zero positive results.

To turn the content network off, log into your adwords account, click on a campaign, then click the “Edit Campaign Settings” button. On the right of the screen “uncheck” the box that says “Content Network”. You can leave “Google Search” and “Search Network” checked.

=>Mistake #2 – Too Many Keywords per Ad Group

Limit the amount of keywords per Ad Group to less than 25 keyword (75 if using broad, phrase, and exact match types). Having more than 25 keywords can negatively affect your Quality Score as the more keywords you have, the less relevant they are to the ad. DO NOT put more than 25 keywords in an ad group unless all keywords are very highly relevant.

    =>Mistake #3 – Keyword Grouping

When you put your keywords into an Ad Group you need to make sure that they are all very similar and have at least one common keyword. You will want to use the keyword(s) within the ad title and description as much as you can. Here is an example:

    Ad Group Name: Internet Marketing

    Common Keyword: Internet Marketing

Keywords: internet marketing, internet marketing book, internet marketing resource, internet marketing guide, best internet marketing book, internet marketing ebook, internet marketing help.

    AD:

    Internet Marketing e-Book

Learn How to Make Money Online

    Top Internet Marketing eBook Review

    YourSiteName.com

You can see that the common word has been use in the adcopy and that all keywords have the common word Internet Marketing. This is how to properly set up an ad Group.

=>Mistake #4 – Using only Broad Match Type

To optimize your keywords for best performance and highest CTR you need to use Broad, Phrase and Exact Match Type Options. A common mistake is to only use the Broad Match Type as many people are not aware of the other match types.

    Broad Keyword: Internet Marketing

    Phrase Keyword: “Internet Marketing”

    Exact Keyword: [Internet Marketing]

Use all three keywords within your Ad Groups.

    =>Mistake #5 – Low Daily Budget

If you are wanting to achieve high amounts of traffic you cannot expect to do so with a low daily budget. If your budget is $5 / day and you set your campaign to reflect this budget, chance are that you will not achieve much traffic at all. Google displays your ads based on a number of factors including daily budget. If your budget is set too low your ads will barely be displayed at all. We recommend setting your daily budget slightly higher than you are actually prepared to pay, then monitor your costs. It’s very difficult to get any kind of traffic with a very low daily budget.

    =>Mistake #6 – Duplicate URL’s

Google only allows one url to be displayed in their search results per keyword and advertiser. If you are advertising the url: http://www.wealthyaffiliate.com, and another advertiser is advertising the same url, only one ad will be displayed. When coming into a new market there is often another advertiser already advertising the url that you would like to. In this case you need to either raise your CPC in order to outbid the competitor, or, create a landing page. Landing pages always convert into sales better as web surfers like to read reviews, comparisons, and opinions about products prior to making a purchase. If you are not getting impressions for some of your Ad Groups, this could be one of the reasons why.

=>Mistake #7 – Keyword Bid Price too High

When you set your bid prices you need to have a limit, and unless you are an experienced marketer and know that your Ad Group / keyword / ad combinations make you sales you shouldn’t bid too high. I know that you are anxious to get some traffic, but paying $5.00 per click is much too high. On that note, paying $1.00 is many times too high. Try to keep your bid prices as low as possible while achieving the best position you can. Do not try to get traffic by simply out bidding your competitors. The idea is to outsmart competitors using relevent keyword groups and in turn you will pay less and see better results.

=>Mistake #8 – Ad Positions are Too Low

When trying to get traffic to your site you need to use the Google Traffic Estimator to help you determine how much you should bid per keyword. Many times if your CPC (cost per click) is too low, your position will be greater than 10 and you will not be on the first page of search results. For best traffic try to be in position 2-9 (on the first page of search results in Google). With this being said, it is sometimes very expensive to be on the first page and you may be forced to be in page 2. This is ok because as your Quality Score goes up, so will your positioning. Try to get on the first page, but if you cannot because of the bid price being too high, don’t worry, you’ll eventually get there by using our techniques to get a better Quality Score.

    =>Mistake #9 – Non-Targeted Keywords

If you are advertising a product like WealthyAffiliate.com or Beating Adwords, you may be inclined to use keywords such as:

    Marketing, ebook, Affiliate, Money.

The problem with these keywords is that they receive a lot of traffic, which costs you an arm and a leg, but the traffic does not convert into sales. The reason is because the keywords are not targeted enough. If you are selling Beating Adwords, our new Internet Marketing ebook, using the above keywords, the visitors are not necessarily looking for an IM ebook. If someone types in the keyword “Money” they could be looking for help with Microsoft Money, or Currency Exchange Rates. Same with the keyword “ebook”. Someone could be looking for a golfing ebook, or how to create an ebook.

You need to make sure that your keywords are highly targeted to what you are selling. For example: Internet Marketing ebook, or Make Money Online would be better choices to replace the keywords mentioned above. The more targeted your keywords are to your product, the better conversions you will see.

=>Mistake #10 – Too Many Ads when Split Testing

Split testing allow you to run more than one ad for an ad group to see which adcopy (the text of the ad) creates a higher CTR. In other words, which ad entices searchers to click more frequently. Split testing should only be done using two ads and no more. This way you can determine which ad performs better. You want to treat split testing as a contest, or even a competition. The better performing ad gets to move on to the next round, while the lower gets replaced by a new competitor.

Limit the number of ads you are running per Ad Group to 2 ads when split testing.

On a final note: Expensive mistakes can be made easily in the world of internet marketing and there is risk as we learn and take on competitive markets. Having mentors and a strong network of supportive colleagues is important, if not imperative for success. There are more and more poeple logging on every day, and the market continues to grow. However, unless you approach internet marketing with an understanding of the pitfalls and a plan for success, it will be difficult to foster lasting success. Internet marketing, in all its hype, is only a business (not a get rich quick scheme.) All successful businesses must begin with a plan.

  • Here are 10 Essential Reality Checks for YOU to consider when ‘others’ are considering the addition of a new pet to your family or household.

So you want a pet or at least your kids want a pet, well there is nothing unnatural about that, the whole idea will sound great…but wait a minute, stop and think…. there are some great positives about this idea….there are also some essential reality checks that need thinking about….a quick read through my checklists below will help you make a more realistic decision.

Remember the old saying “A pet is not just for Christmas”. Someone will have to clear the ‘pooh’ up at the end of it …. all.

Essential Reality Check No. 1 –

    The Type of Pet

The type of pets for kids you can take into your household will depend on a whole host of things such as follows:

The ages of your kids – a two year old child will probably not be able to handle a pet gently and certainly won’t be able to care for the pet…..

How much will the pet costs be – not just to buy – but to care for on a daily basis?

What size of pet does your child want? – What space will be needed? A hamster does not take up much space but guinea pigs, ferrets and rats need much larger cages.

How much time do your kids and you as a family have to give to the pet?

Will your family be safe with the pet? Will the pet be safe with your family?

If you have a larger pet such as a dog, cat, or goat what effects will it have on your family, friends and neighbours?

How will your pet be cared for during your holidays.

Will your family be able to cope with the eventual death of a pet?

Some pets will sleep most of the day and be awake at night. Hamsters can be very noisy at night!

If your child wants a dog you will need to look into the breed, size and exercise needs of the dog.

Do you already have another pet, what effect will it have on that pet. For instance will your dog be ok with a cat or rabbit or bird?

Essential Reality Check No. 2 –

    Ages of your Kids

You will need to decide on a pet that is suitable for the age of your kids.

For instance in most cases it would not be wise to buy a hamster for a two year old child who is still adapting to the world around them and may not know or be able to handle the hamster gently.

Do you want to give your kids some responsibility in caring for an animal. Some kids are very responsible and will be able to manage this. Other kids, well the sight of a baby animal is just too appealing, after all who can resist a cute puppy or kitten or baby hamster?

At first you may need to help your kids, as caring for a pet is a very responsible job. As a parent or carer you will always need to oversee a pet’s care.

As the parent or carer you will need to decide if your child is old enough to handle and care for a pet. How often have parents heard the cry “oh but we promise we’ll take it for walks everyday”

Or “we’ll clean it out mum, we promise”. How will you feel in a years time when you find yourself caring for the pets because the kids are busy with friends or away on a school trip or inundated with homework or just plain bored with the poor thing.

Essential Reality Check No. 3 –

True Costs of Pets for Kids

Some pets are very cheap to buy for instance hamsters, guinea pigs, goldfish. gerbils, fancy rats, fancy mice and rabbits and even ferrets.

You will still need to consider:

The cage set up (this can be very expensive when looking at the cage sizes that most pets need) in fact they need the largest cage you can manage

    Food costs per week

    Bedding

Vets bills if your pets become ill.

e.g. Ferrets need a yearly injection against canine distemper.

Holiday care – you will need to pay for this of course if you cannot rely on friends and family.

Bigger pets for kids such as goats, and dogs and pedigree cats are far more expensive to buy initially, some costing hundreds of pounds.

    You will need to consider:

Bedding and a cage (if buying one for your dog or cat)

    Leads and collars for dogs.

    Food bills

Vets bills (dogs should have yearly check ups with a vets)

    Toys

Holiday care (kennels can be very expensive)

    Flea treatment

Ongoing veterinary costs if your pets becomes chronically ill.

Essential Reality Check No. 4 –

    The Space Required

Even small pets for kids such as guinea pigs, fancy rats and ferrets need a lot of cage space for a happy life. They will need the biggest cages you can find space for. These pets also need space to exercise out of the cage.

Cats take up very little space, as do small breeds of dogs.

Dogs will need a decent sized garden as well as walks to keep them well exercised.

Essential Reality Check No. 5 –

    Time for your Pets

Do you and the family have time for a pet.

For smaller pets you will need to have them out of the cage and being handled daily for at least 2 hours a day.

Do you have time to clean out your pet at least once or twice a week, or even daily?

Some pets will certainly need the toilet corner of their cage cleaned more often to avoid a foul smelling cage and pet.

Water bottles and food bowls will need cleaning and refilling every day.

Will you be able to walk your dog at least once a day? – dependent on the breed some need more!

Are you willing to look after your pets for kids for the many years some can live?

(From 18 months to 2 years for a mouse up to 15 years for a dog)

If you are out at work all day and the kids are at school all day your pets will need and will demand attention when you return home

Essential Reality Check No. 6 –

    Your Pet and Family Safety

You will always need to ensure your kids safety when they are spending time with any pets.

Even little pets can bite and leave a wound.

Dogs should not be left unattended with your kids as they are unpredictable. Even a faithful dog will bite and even attack a child if they are in pain or afraid. It happens rarely – but it does happen.

You will also need to ensure your pets safety:Is your child able to handle a pet safely without hurting it.

Is your pet safe with any other pets in the home? – if you have young children and a dog …. you will need to make sure the dog cannot escape because a door is accidentally left open.

If you have a dog you need to ensure visitors safety as you can be sued if your dog bites someone on your property (or even off your property)

Make sure that when pets for kids are having free time out of cages that:

    Other pets cannot hurt them

    They cannot chew electrical leads

They cannot fall into toilets or baths of water.

They cannot escape through gaps in walls or floors

They cannot get outside without supervision

Essential Reality Check No. 7 –

    Effects on Family and Neighbours

The whole family needs to be in agreement if you are getting pets. Pets can be noisy and messy having an effect on family living.

What effect will a pet such as a dog have on Granny who suffers with an allergy – will that mean she cannot come to visit anymore?

If you get a dog will it bark and howl when you leave them for any length of time and will this annoy your neighbours.

Will the dog bark when your neighbours are in their own garden.

How will your neighbours take to having your pet cat mess in their garden?

You will need to keep your yard free of dog mess to ensure it does not smell -particularly in summer months.

Essential Reality Check No. 8 –

Holidays and Care for Pets for kids

If you have pets for kids what will happen to them during your holiday times.

Do you have family or friends who can care for your pets while you are away.

If not you will have to pay for your pets care.

This will be expensive for dogs, cats and larger animals.

Even for little pets, holiday care can be expensive.

Essential Reality Check No. 9 -

Loss of a Pet and Grief

Some children are really sensitive and will be distraught when their beloved pet eventually passes away, or is lost in some way.

This is especially distressing if the pet has died as a result of an accident or illness.

    How will you manage this?

The kids will need to grieve, grieving is a healthy part of a loss reaction. We can suffer losses every day in a small way such as not getting something we want, this causes a loss reaction and part of the healing for this is grief. If your child or other family member struggles with the grieving then look at the following and see if it applies. The grieving process has seven stepping stones through which people move. Your family member may not go through them in order or spend long on any one.

    The stepping stones are:

Shock, Denial, Guilt, Anger, Depression Bargaining, Acceptance

Your child may want another pet this is called bargaining and is one of the stepping stones through the grief process.

If your child cannot have another pet, break down the hidden losses that the death of their pet has caused.

Could there be a loss of your child’s self worth or self esteem.

Have they lost their only companion.

Has your child lost the only one who listened to them.

By chatting try to find out how your child is feeling and help them to work out their losses and then work through to acceptance by doing some healthy bargaining.

Would your child be able to regain their sense of worth or self esteem another way? Perhaps helping out with a friends pet for instance.

For some children it may be helpful to have a burial service, so they can say goodbye properly.

(My son kept some hair from his beloved dog)

Our kids have managed the deaths of their pets really well and have gone on to have other pets, for other kids though it has more of an effect so you will need to decide when or if to replace your child’s pet.

Essential Reality Check No. 10 –

    Pets for Kids are GREAT!

For the most part pets for kids are good fun. They are often good company for your kids especially if the kids are lonely.

Our autistic daughter has changed a lot since we got her guinea pigs to look after. She has gained some imaginative play, we think this is because she talks to her guinea pigs.

We do have to oversee her with them though.

Kids can learn a lot from caring for pets for kids and by having pets even when they are lost naturally.

Dogs can encourage the family out to get exercise as they walk the dog.

All our kids love their pets.

  • In recent years, it has become a growing trend to buy and watch classic television shows on DVD for your family entertainment. The availability of some of the all-time favorite classic TV shows on DVD and video has become pervasive throughout the U.S. This allows families to not only catch up on the past seasons of the television shows that they might have missed, but to go back to the classics that we and our parents grew up watching. It is now easier than ever to find seasons of shows that were produced 30 or 40 years ago, right alongside the DVDs of the television shows that are currently on the air. America seems to have become infatuated with remembering the characters and situations produced during the early years of television. What are the reasons for the increased popularity of classic television shows?

Classic television enthusiasts represent a large market of consumers. There were many classic sitcoms and variety shows that were aired between the 50s, 60s and 70s, that represent not only a large generation of viewers but a very powerful time in American history. They speak for the events of that age and include social and political commentary that goes right along with when they were made. Therefore, they are nostalgic entertainment and fun to relive. For those that watched these shows when they originally aired, classic TV DVDs allow them to relive that time in their life. For those that were too young to watch them when they first ran, DVDs allow them to appreciate the classics as new entertainment.

Classic television shows now available on DVD and video have created a new way to ensure that these memories are not lost. As more and more popular televisions shows became available on DVD in the 90s, there became a growing interest to see older television sitcoms on DVD as well. Shows like ER, Star Trek and The Simpsons were being sold at a tremendous rate which led to more and more people asking what happened to the other shows they once loved. Few television networks are able to show classic television programs which left a large gap of potential entertainment untapped and potentially gone forever. Without the DVD releases of these shows, the newer generations would have little knowledge about the early time in television history. But by allowing the distribution of these old sitcoms and variety shows through DVD, all generations can watch and love some of the classic shows and entertainers. Sonny and Cher, Donny and Marie and the comedic genius of Bob Hope can now be watched, remembered and cherished by those that remember when they were the stars of television.

In general, home entertainment and the purchase of DVDs has become one of the most popular entertainment expenditures for the American home. With televisions and DVD players become more sophisticated and movie tickets become more expensive, homes are opting to outfit their home to take on the task of keeping the family entertained. This means that more and more shows and movies to watch are also necessary. There is no shortage of network television to watch but there is a shortage on time to watch them all. When families know that they can purchase an entire season of a television shows on DVD in three to six months, they will do so. More and more we are finding families picking up classic television DVDs to watch because they weren’t able to watch them when they aired originally. With the television DVD market, it is now possible to follow the storylines of television shows that are on at exactly the same time. This is something that wasn’t possible even ten years ago.

Classic television shows are put onto DVDs so that a whole new generation of fans can watch them. Imagine a company that can make money off of a television series even twenty years after it aired. It no longer matters if a television show is currently on the air or not. With the new trend for putting classic television DVDs in consumers’ hands, classic shows are able to have a second chance at life. Some viewers can find shows from their childhood and enjoy the nostalgia that goes along with them, or they can teach their own children about the shows that they used to love. In the past, once a television show was no longer on the air, there was no way to see it again. However, now shows can be enjoyed over and over again. These shows are important to many viewers in lots of different ways and by putting these classic television shows on video and DVD, they can be popular for years to come.

  • Seasonal Prices:

The highest rates for New Zealand are in the summer months from December until the end of February, during this period cars must be booked well in advance or you will have little chance of getting one when you turn up.

November and March are almost as busy, because the weather is still good but the prices are cheaper. Booking is advised.

October and April are a bit cheaper again and during these months you may be able to arrive in New Zealand and pick up a cheap rental car or relocation deal.

May to the end of September is the quietest as this is winter and a bit chilly with a good ski season. Booking is not really needed during this time and you will be able to phone around to pick up good deals including good relocation deals.

A relocation deal is where you could pick up a car in one city and drop it in another for a minimum charge.

    Extra Km Charges:

Almost all of New Zealand car rental companies do not charge for kms on top of their daily hire cost. The exception to this rule is if you wish to hire a car for less than the rental companies minimum daily hire time.

Car rental companies sometimes have a km charge for diesel tax, which is a government cost to all owners of diesel vehicles. Most companies will include this in their daily rental cost.

What is one day of Rental?

Most rental companies charge per day you have the vehicle eg, a rental from 11am Friday to 11am Saturday is a 2-day rental. This is because the vehicle cannot be rented out to anybody else on either of these 2 days. To make the most of this rule pick the vehicle up on the morning of the first day and drop it off at the end of the second day.

You will still find some rental companies that treat this situation as 1 day but have penalty charges if you are late for any reason.

    Diesel Tax:

This is a government tax and is not made up. But this is another way companies can make some extra money because there will be a “mark up” on the government cost.

    GST (Goods and Services Tax):

This is a 12½% government tax on items brought in New Zealand. This should be included in all company advertised prices.

    Airport Transfers:

Car rental companies will sometimes include free airport transfers, some only supply or pay for transport to pick up your car. If you are hiring a budget car you may have to pay for your transfers.

    Windscreen, Tyre and Headlight Insurance:

The way that rental car companies handle this area can vary. Some don’t cover damage to these things at all, which means you the traveller has to pay for any damage. Some car rental companies charge extra to insure against damage. Some car rental companies include it in their excess/bond reduction options. Whatever they do we would suggest you cover yourself against damage to these items. New Zealand has many stone chip roads with trucks that can and do throw up stones. The insurance also covers tyre damage. Windscreens can range from $300 upwards

To fix Stone chips companies charge from $30 upwards per chip

Tyre’s can range from $100 upwards

All of the above estimates depend on the type of car.

    Bond/Excess:

All car rental companies take a bond of some description off their customers. The larger companies will have a normal option of debiting your credit card immediately.

This is the first option, and then they will have various other excess/bond reduction options, which could reduce the bond to in some cases, to nil. Since not many people can afford to have the first bond option taken out of their holiday credit card account, it forces many people to take the excess reduction options, which could be around an extra $35 per day to reduce the excess to nil (the rental car company will have a maximum amount that you have to pay for long hires eg; 100 day hire would = $3500 at $35 per day but the companies maximum amount might be $1500). It is just a way for the rental company to earn extra money from the nervous driver. The car rental company will still hold a small bond to cover incidentals eg, the car returns full of fuel, in a clean and tidy condition. This is returned once the car is returned.

Smaller car rental companies usually have better first options for your bond or excess they can range from $750 to $3500 (the higher figure would be for drivers under 25) and most have bond reduction options available. The smaller companies usually do not reduce their excess to nil and $250 seems to be the lower bond options, this might cost around an extra $15 per day.

The smaller rental car companies also usually do not debit your card immediately, and will only debit should any accident take place.

Some companies have different levels of excess depending whether the accident is a “single vehicle accident” or an accident caused by reckless use of the vehicle by the driver.

    Driving Licences:

New Zealand rental companies will usually accept full drivers licences from English speaking countries. You may need an international drivers licence if your countries drivers licence is not in English.

These rules are at the discretion of each rental company.

    New Zealand Car Insurance:

In New Zealand car insurance in NOT compulsory so someone may hit you who is not insured this mean you lose your bond. The way most rental companies handle accidents like this is. You take down the information of the person who hits you and if the rental company recovers their money then you get your bond back.

    Extra Driver Charges:

These seem to be a thing of the past and we have not discovered any car rental companies that still have this charge in place. If there were car rental companies still charging for an extra driver, they are the exception to the general rule.

    Roadside Assistance:

All New Zealand car rental companies offer very good roadside assistance. This is usually through the New Zealand Automobile Association (AA) The AA is a great organisation who have agents all over NZ. All car rental companies receive the same service from the AA no matter how big the rental company is. The AA will come out to you assess your problem, fix it on the spot if possible or tow you for free to the nearest reputable service station, garage or agent that can fix your problem ASAP.

The larger car companies with branches all over NZ are able to offer the best vehicle replacement options with 24-hour phone assistance and this would be one of the reasons you would pay a higher rental fee. Sometimes the smaller companies cannot afford at the rates you are paying to have 24-hour phone assistance, but the AA does have a 24-hour toll free number. If the smaller car company cannot replace a car themselves, if something goes wrong, they will try to find you a new car from a different rental company. All accidents or damage must be reported to the car rental company as soon as realistically possible. But there is an exception to this rule. Most car rental companies will allow you to pay for repairs up to a certain amount without informing them. You must keep the receipts, and they will provide a refund

    Refunds for breakdowns:

All car rental companies should refund monies for the rental cost of days off the road caused by vehicle mechanical breakdown.

It is that simple; they will not pay for, motel/hotel bills, the hiring of other vehicles or missed bookings or flights.

If you receive refunds for any other reasons you have found a great rental car company, then recommend them to your friends.

    Quality of a Car Rental:

The standard in New Zealand of rental cars is very high with strict government guidelines in order for a vehicle to be given a rental certificate of fitness (COF). No car rental company wants you to breakdown on your journey this only costs the company money and “bad press”.

A good rule to use is the more your daily hire rate is the newer the rental car is. They are usually all set out in the same way and are all the same size for the same type of car (there are only so many ways a 5-door car can be set out).

Always remember if you are dealing with something mechanical things do break, no matter what the age.

    Long Rental Discounts:

All rental car companies offer long rental period discounts.

    Cancellation policies:

All New Zealand car rental companies have very strict cancellation policies. Make sure you have your correct dates. If you show you late you will still have to pay for the days you are late and if you don’t turn up at all expect the full amount of the rental to be debited to your credit card. By agreeing to the car company terms and conditions you give the company the authority to do this. If you return the car early do not expect a refund.

    Credit Cards:

With all car rental companies you need a credit card to hold any bonds on.

    Optional Extras:

There is only one rental company we can find that does not charge for extras such as mountain bikes, tents, TVs and other accessories to make your trip more enjoyable. You may be able to negotiate items for free if you are hiring for a long period of time.

    Driving Fines:

These will be charged to your credit card on return from your trip.

    Fuel:

All car rental companies will provide petrol/diesel. Return the car with the levels that they were provided to you at.

    Road Restrictions:

All car rental companies have around 4 roads/areas that vehicles cannot drive on. You will not just stray onto these roads/areas, they are well sign posted.

Pick up and Drop off locations:

The bigger the car rental company the more options you will have. The smaller car rental companies may have better daily hire rates, that encourages you to organise your travel so you pick up and drop off to the same location.

    One Way Hires:

Most car rental companies offer one-way hires. Some car rental companies charge one-way hire fees. These are normal as the cost of getting vehicle back from places is sometimes high. The larger rental car companies will give you better pick up and drop off locations.

    Animals:

All car rental companies do not accept animals in their vehicles unless they are guide dogs.

    General Rules:

All car companies have their vehicles as reliable as possible

In most cases the more you pay the later model vehicle you will get

    No animals

    Daily hire rates vary greatly

More personalised service from smaller companies

    Bond/excess options vary greatly

Always turn up, avoid cancellations, get your dates right

Better back up vehicle replacement options from bigger companies

    Avoid paying for extra drivers

    Avoid paying for extra kms

Take windscreen, headlight and tyre insurance

    Shop around

You can negotiate in the off season (New Zealand is booked up during summer)

Book early for the best deals in summer

Expect all NZ car companies to provide AA 24-hour roadside assistance

  • Over the past few years there has been many different financial products made available to people. One such product is the no credit check car loans with bad credit. This is a good option for people with a poor credit rating. It offers the chance to be able to get a small loan to uses for the purchase of a vehicle without the need to go through a credit check. A credit check is usually the barrier that stops people with a poor credit rating getting access to finance. Of course there will still be some criteria to be met and the person will need to prove things like they are in full employment, can afford to make the repayments and other similar things to satisfy the lender. Money is secured against the vehicle so the amount that can be borrowed will be significantly less than the actual vehicles worth.

  • I was recently laid off and in my search for new work, I found getprofitsfast.com. I loved the idea of owning my own internet business. This meant that I could work from home – which saves gas and money – plus, if I was lucky, I would get successful enough that I could set my own hours and take some time off whenever I wanted. Since I loved working on the computer, I knew that an internet business would be a good fit for me. Getting started was easy, and after a few weeks, I started to see some good money come in. I love the fact that I have been able to pay off debt and have the means to buy some of the nicer things I’ve always wanted. If things stay this good, my wife will soon be able to leave her job and focus on things that she would rather do at home. I am putting money away and hopefully, my son’s college education will be completely paid for by the time he is ready to start university.

  • Children who are preschoolers and elementary pupils are more prone to threat. In a more definite view, such danger may be in the form of fire, school bus accident, stranger danger, or bullies. You do not want your dear child to experience any of those mention dangers. In learning what shall be observed in order to avoid such risk, you as parents are not the only one who shall be educated. Your children must also know the procedures which shall be observed in order to avoid certain misfortunes. But kids easily get bored with anything especially if it is rules you are making them take in. You must use something which will make them enthusiastic in learning the procedures to avoid danger. Safety powerpoint presentations is my suggestion. These types of presentations help children learn the standard procedures needed to be observed in dealing with certain dangers. Not just that, you can in some way assure that your children will be taking note of the discussion because it will be presented in a lively manner.

  • Commercials and fitness gurus could go on and on to tell you what they think is the best gym equipment. When it comes down to it, however, if you buy something on a whim because it’s the best piece of equipment and hate it, it really is going to do you no good. For example, someone that hates biking will not benefit from an exercise bike, end of story. A home gym doesn’t have to be a huge investment either, unless you want it to be. Adding to your home gym one piece at a time will give you something to start with. For me, I really like playing video game systems to exercise. I can involve my kids and we all have fun. Another thing we like is an exercise ball. My kids have a large beach ball that they can sit on along side me to exercise. As a mom any exercise that will involve the family is going to be the most beneficial for us all. So when you’re considering buying gym equipment, keep in mind you know yourself and what you’ll get the most use out of. Get the right stuff and have fun getting in shape!

  • Infidelity is defined as the breaking of rules in marriage. We are all aware that a relationship is based on trust as its foundation. It is the very core fundamental of any relationship. Within a marriage, if you engaged yourself into infidelity, you are definitely into a mortal sin. If you are to ask married couple regarding the worst possible sin you would ever commit if you are bounded within the sacrament of marriage. Infidelity is the worst possible sin a married individual would ever commit, that is probably the most famous answer you will get from that question earlier. Surviving infidelity is hard to do, yet it is never impossible. I still believe that divorce is not the best resort. Rebuilding the very core foundation of a relationship which is trust is always possible. You just have to really be into fixing things, forgiving nd moving forward one step at a time.

  • Participating in a penny auction is also a great way to enjoy while you do the online shopping. It is just like the other online games around that you have the overall control. However, this is much more fun because of the price that you can get in winning.

In order for you to have higher chances of winning, you need to have ways on how to beat the other players. You all have the same aim and that is to get the bid item at lower cost possible compared to shopping malls. Sometimes, you have to get a bit aggressive in bidding. Intimidate other bidders and make them believe that you have enough supply of bids and that you are sure of winning such item. This can negate the minds of some bidders and can make other bidders give up. You may also consider bidding during the least peak hours so there could only be few bidders. If you are a newbie, you can concentrate on lower profile items and those items you truly want.

Actually there are countless of techniques on how to win in the game. All you have to do is to study your opponent’s activity and behavior in participating. From there, you can gain advantage over them.
