  • Well, it’s finally happened. I’ve aged enough that my body doesn’t respond to exercise like it used to. I spend about half an hour a day walking and jogging, and another half an hour doing weights. Over the past three months, I’ve seen a little improvement to my body, but I really want to get back in the same shape I was when I was in my early 20′s. One of my friends keeps bragging about how his karate class helps him stay in such great shape. He also brags everytime he earns new karate belts. I would take a martial arts class, but my schedule is so unpredictable that I would probably be paying for a month of classes where I would only actually attend 2 or 3.
